Low GI = 55 or less - Eat more

Medium GI = 56 to 69 eat moderately
High GI = 70 above - Eat less or avoid if you can.Zucchini = 15

ReplyDeleteI miss Cherry Blossoms. Out in Southern California, you just don't get the pastel florals that you do elsewhere. I think it's too hot for them!
